REFUND POLICY
We offer full refunds on Texas Hotel Performance Factbook and Navigator subscription products within 7 days of purchase date.

DELIVERY POLICY
Texas Hotel Performance Factbooks are shipped via USPS Media Mail directly from our printing facility. Initial shipments generally arrive in 1-2 weeks. All other purchases ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise they are pre-orders. Our products ship through USPS. Generally you can expect your items with 1-2 weeks but there may be situations of lost goods, resulting in longer delays. If you do not receive your product within 3 weeks, please contact us.

RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns of the Texas Hotel Performance Factbook. If you received a Factbook that you do not believe you ordered, contact Source Strategies and we will arrange a full refund. Customer is responsible for the price of shipping the item back to Source Strategies. Electronic data packages and feasibility studies are not eligible for returns.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer may cancel Texas Hotel Performance Navigator orders within three days for a full refund. Beyond three days, cancellations will not be accepted under most circumstances. Contact your sales associate for details.
