Source Strategies new Texas Hotel Performance Navigator has been live for a little over a month now and users are putting it to critical tests. This is a completely new platform for us and naturally there have been some bugs to work out. Just after launch we noted that only taxable revenues were showing, when we should have featured total revenues for each property. Of course, we jumped on this issue since seeing only some of the revenues is less than useful especially when looking at more extended-stay-type of properties.
The latest issue we have resolved is that some branded hotels were not showing up at all! While the data was in the back-end, clients were not seeing entire brands of hotels! This issue has been resolved. Brands affected were Tru, Days Inn, Ritz Carlton, Zaza, OYO, and Soho House.
We also have May 2024 data live on Navigator. We will have June uploaded as soon as we have enough data.
